While learning the techniques to reach your natural weight or improve your health status, you don’t have to feel deprived or helpless. I’m not a fan of fad diets or calorie counting; I subscribe to the Health At Every Size® theory of treating clients based on your health and not what you look like.
I have worked successfully with many clients to achieve their weight goals, and I have also helped clients to relieve symptoms of gastrointestinal issues such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and C. difficile, manage blood sugar for those with Diabetes, and reduce cardiovascular disease risk by reducing blood cholesterol and blood pressure through food.
My goal is to support you while you learn to listen to your own body and make choices that fuel and nourish you. With practice, you will no longer spend your days thinking about food or counting calories, and you will be able to eat what you want, when you want. Through my method, you will be empowered to create sustainable habits throughout your lifetime.
