Thanksgiving Can Bring Families, Friends, Food and …

With Thanksgiving, you can also experience many things that keep you from enjoying the food and the holidays. Learn how to overcome these roadblocks to enjoying the holidays.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because I love the gathering of my family without the pressure of buying and bringing gifts or dressing up, like with other holidays.

For my clients, the topic of Thanksgiving conjures up feelings of distrust around food.

What do I mean by distrust?

They don’t trust themselves to make “good” choices, they don’t trust themselves to eat enough without becoming stuffed or sick, and they don’t trust the voice in their head to stay quiet from all of the guilt, shame and food rules long enough for them to enjoy the meal.

The reason that I developed my online course, “Inner Girl Power Online Program” was to provide the tools necessary to find trust again when it comes to food.  The program helps you learn to:

  • Trust that your body knows when you are hungry and when you’ve had enough to eat.
  • Trust that you will honor that inner wisdom for eating.
  • Trust that the diet rules you have been living by have not been serving you.
  • Trust that you deserve to make peace with food.
  • Trust that you deserve to feel good in the body you have right now.

I am grateful for the opportunity to have empowered so many women with their Inner Girl Power.  A program that shows you the steps needed to move away from the diet rules and the vicious cycle of restrictive eating – overeating – shame -guilt and back around again to the beginning of this cycle.

I am grateful that these women have made peace with food, their bodies, and that Inner Mean Girl who resides within us (we all have one!), who is the keeper of all of the diet rules and criticism that makes up the constant chatter in our head is no longer the boss of their bodies.

As we approach the holiday season and the New Year, where food will be in abundance, where families and friends will gather, and where the diet industry revs its engine to sell you on all the fast and easy ways to “improve” yourself (January being National Diet Month… and February being National Guilt-About-Falling-Off-The-Wagon Month), I want to offer you the opportunity to step away from the diet cycle and make peace with food and your body right now.

Yes, this is possible, when you have the tools to make it happen, and that is what happens in the Inner Girl Power Online program. This program includes 6 modules that walk you through the steps to break the spell of the Seduction of the Thin Promise so that you can live comfortably in your own skin. You learn to do this while ditching the guilt and shame and body-dissatisfaction that the Thin Promise has encouraged and emboldened for far too long.

To share in the season of giving thanks and being grateful, I have a special offer that will bring you food and body freedom, all while unraveling yourself from diet culture.  PLUS you get a BONUS 30-minute private session with me!
